When you book with Aloha VIP Tours or use AlohaVIP.com to make an online reservation, you may be asked by Aloha VIP Tours or a representative on behalf of Aloha VIP Tours to provide certain PII such as your name, billing address, email address, telephone number, credit card number, flight itinerary, hotel accommodations, body weight and height, and dietary requirements and health information relevant to the activity that you are booking. We will also collect the name of any companions who will be traveling on the reservation that you create. This information is used by Aloha VIP Tours and its suppliers to process and confirm your reservations, issue ticket vouchers, bill you for the services you purchased, and notify you of any tour itinerary changes. By providing PII to Aloha VIP Tours you consent to the collection of information provided by you on your behalf, and to the use and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected Using Cookies.
We keep track of booked services by our users by placing a cookie, a very small text file, on our visitors’ hard drives. The cookie contains an ID number that allows us to gather all the services that you have booked and make them available for payment at time of check-out. When you access our website using a promotion code, we also use a session cookie to authenticate your login information. This cookie will remain on your hard drive until you logout off our website or for 30 minutes after closing your browser window. The “help� function on most web browsers contains information on how to set your browser to notify you before accepting a cookie or to disable cookies entirely. Although these security measures are robust, no physical or electronic security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our servers or databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won’t be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the internet.
