If you have lei greeting and/or arrival transfer services on Oahu, the Aloha V.I.P. Tours staff (wearing red & white "aloha attire") will meet and greet you at your arrival gate of Honolulu International Airport for all U.S. mainland flights. Our staff will then assist you with the boarding of your transportation and provide you with information for your return airport transportation as well as the breakfast orientation that is taking place the following morning. If for any reason you are not able to locate the Aloha V.I.P. Tours staff upon your arrival, please call our office at 808 955-5900 so we can assist you with locating our airport representative.

Our breakfast orientations take place daily at either the Miramar Hotel or at the Ala Moana Hotel. Our breakfast consists of scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, hash brown tater tots, muffin and fruits. Free transportation is provided for passengers going to the breakfast orientation by Maui Divers Jewelry Design Center.

Our Main Office is open every day, including weekends and holidays. Our office hours are from 7:00a to 5:00p on weekdays, and 7:00a to 4:00p on weekends and holidays. We do close at 1:00p on Christmas and New Year's Day.

For passengers that are traveling to the islands of Kauai, Maui, or the Big Island of Hawaii, your lei greeting services will be provided by Alii Leis. Their staff will be waiting for you near the baggage claim area when you arrive at the airport.

Transportation on Maui and the Big Island of Hawaii are provided by SpeediShuttle. Transportation on the island of Kauai is provided by South Shore Taxi.

CANCELLATION / REFUND / CHANGE POLICY
A full refund without any penalty, shall be given to a client who calls the office of Aloha V.I.P. Tours, Inc. at (808) 955-5900 to cancel any tour at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled tour with the exception of One-Day neighbor island tours, overnighter or fly-drive packages which will be subject to a 10% service fee, airline change or cancellation fees, and/or a one-night hotel charge whichever is greater.

All tours shall be subject to a one hundred percent (100%) cancellation fee if cancelled less than the prescribed twenty-four (24) hour period.

All tours, with the exception of helicopter tours, One-Day tours, overnighter or fly-drive packages may be rescheduled for the exact same tour to another day without penalty as long as the office receive at least twenty-four (24) hours notification and issues the client a confirmation. The office closes at 5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday and at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and at 1:00 p.m. on Christmas and New Years day. A missed tour without notice to the main office will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are clients who do not cancel but who do miss their tour for any reason. No-shows will be subject to one hundred percent (100%) cancellation fee and shall not be entitled to any refund.

Any missed tour due to illness with doctor's papers may be entitled to a full refund without penalty, pending on suppliers' approval.

The client is responsible for all prepaid tickets and/or vouchers. Loss of tickets and/or vouchers is solely the client's responsibility and Aloha VIP Tours shall be released from any and all responsibility.

All refunds shall be made within fourteen (14) days from date of cancellation. Purchases made on credit cards shall be refunded by way of credit to the same account number. Purchases made by cash or travelers checks shall be refunded by way of a Aloha VIP Tours' company check made payable to the name of reservation.
