Oahu Nature Tours - the company who began guided Diamond Head Crater ecotours and was featured in Hawaii and Aloha magazines - is the only company who offers both round-trip transportation and a professional guide who will escort you to the summit to provide you with an exciting and safe excursion. Incredible 360 degree views of Waikiki and the turquoise blue Pacific Ocean await you. On this adventure you will learn about the craters fascinating geology, history, archaeology, flora and fauna.Our expert guides are very friendly and informative, and can identify the numerous bird and plant species found in the crater. Your tour also includes admission fee, use of a flashlight, backpack and binoculars, a bottle of spring water and a personalized "I climbed Diamond Head" certificate with a color photo of the crater (suitable for framing). Moderate 1.4 miles, 1.5 hours walking time
Includes:
Round trip transportation to and from your hotel, bottled spring water; use of backpack, binoculars, flashlights, walking staffs and raingear;?professional guides with first aid and CPR training. For birdwatchers we also provide a complete bird-checklist for each tour.
Please give our drivers a 20 minute grace period to arrive to the pickup locations.
* We offer guests combo rates on their own second or third tours. ( If the SAME INDIVIDUAL books a DIFFERENT SECOND TOUR for themselves, they get $5 off from their second tour price.)
Every tour has two possible rates, depending on if the customer purchases one or more tours with us. We extend the combo rate to any follow up tour (third, fourth, etc.)
- If a couple or family purchases only one tour with us they ALL pay the full, regular rate.
- If they purchase more than one tour, they pay the full regular rate for their first adventure and a special discounted combo rate for all their following tours. ($5.00off)
For a family of four for istance these savings can amount to 40-50 dollars or more...
*Customers can do the tours on the same or different days, this offer is valid for 30 days from the date of the first tour.
***Please note that the combo discount only applies to the same person taking multiple tours with us. If a couple is booking for one single tour, they do not qualify for the discount as neither one of them is booking more than one tour! If they both go an a second tour though, at that time they will both get the combo discount.
